Marvin stars as WeWork co-founder Miguel McKelvey in the Apple series
Kyle Marvin is a writer and producer, and has now ventured into acting. he stars in Apple TV+drama series of we crash, opposite Jared Leto and Anne Hathaway. The story is about a real-life multi-billion dollar company known as WeWork. Leto and Hathaway star as owner and power couple Adam and Rebekah Newman. Read on to find out more.
Wise character in WeCrashed
In no time, we get to see how Adam views himself as a god and thinks he might be the world’s first trillionaire. Meanwhile, Rebekah feeds on his ego and constantly reminds him that nothing is off limits. But then we see Miguel, a man firmly on the ground. Miguel makes rational decisions and tries to be with Adam, even when Adam has something crazy about him.
In the final episode, we see Adam stepping down, but Miguel is left behind. Miguel basically stays an extra year at the company. In conversation with Marvin, we get to hear some new details about the series. Like the Bob Marley scene.
There comes a moment in the finale of the show when the employees ask him to explain what is happening. But Miguel responded by singing Bob Marley’s “Three Little Birds.” Marvin says this is something that came up during filming, and was not part of the original. Being a non-practical person, this was his way of pacifying his subordinates.
Jared Leto is known for his acting style. Marvin says that when he met Leto, he was already in character. They met as their characters, and somehow show more authenticity. It notably helped create the final scene in WeCrashed before the two characters. He got to see Leto out of character only two months later.
