Sailor Moon anime ends with two-part films Sailor Moon Cosmos

Being one of the longest running series, sailor Moon Had amassed a large number of followers, with millions of manga sales. So this is a cause of sorrow for the fans. At a special event to celebrate the 30th anniversary, it was announced that the series would end with a two-part film. title, Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos the MovieThe entire Shadow Galactica arc will be adapted from the manga.

The films will be directed by Tomoya Takahashi, while the screenplay is written by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu. Toei Animation will produce the films. The official poster was unveiled by Toei and Kodansha, and also submitted via Crunchyroll.

Release date and premiere

The previous films to come from the franchise were Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal the Movie, The film, along with the last three seasons of sailor moon crystal Premiered on Netflix. So soon after the theatrical release, we can expect new movies to release on the streaming service as well.

As far as the release date is concerned, Part 1 will release in early summer 2023, while Part 2 will release in late 2023. Wait for the grand finale.
