According to sources close to Kim’s representation, the reality TV star and her boyfriend Pete Davidson The royal palace was repeatedly asked for tickets for the 70th anniversary celebrations of Queen Elizabeth’s reign, but was turned away from the royal celebration.

When direct methods didn’t work, Kim K’s team tried some indirect routes to secure tickets. The BBC were the ones covering and airing the entire event, so Kim’s team contacted BBC publicists, but that route also didn’t work in the couple’s favour.

The couple is devastated at this turn of events as they are huge fans of the royal family. There are also rumors that Kim and Pete are trying to shake hands over some non-VIP tickets, 10,000 of which were given out in a public ballot, but these reports cannot be confirmed much.

The event was one of the most lauded and grand in British history, as Queen Elizabeth II became the third longest-reigning monarch in the world, some of the longest reigning monarchs in European history. It was only a year away. The celebrations were spectacular and the event was attended by many greats from all walks of life including English football star David Beckham and renowned broadcaster, Sir David Attenborough. Even the 44th President of the United States of America, Barack Obama was in attendance via a video message which he had specially recorded for the 70th anniversary of the monarch.

Despite the disappointment, the couple decided not to waste their time in the UK and reportedly spent their time shopping for jewelry and on cute dinner dates at the River Café in London. Perhaps the pair will arrive better prepared for the 71st anniversary, until then, life goes on for the comedian-model couple.
