Love Island contestant Liam Llewellyn reveals a little secret that could be seeing him as the new Jake Cornish.

Last year, Jake earned quite a bit after showing viewers of the hit reality dating program that he has a fetish for feet, and even sucked toes as part of a ritual challenge. A fellow contestant even took out his phone to record.

The 25-year-old also described her type on paper: ‘My type, I only ask for blonde, blue eyes, small legs because I have a huge foot fetish.’

Liam, on the other hand, has denied being foot fetish, but has admitted that he can ‘appreciate good feet’.

Speaking to Metro.co.uk, the 22-year-old insisted: ‘I don’t have foot fetish, but I can appreciate a good foot.

‘There is a difference.’

Liam will join the villa with footballer Michael Owen’s daughter Gemma and the show’s first contestant with a cochlear implant, Tasha Gouri.

Hinting at any nerves before moving into the villa, Liam admitted: ‘The feeling of not being wanted, in a reconnection or something, not being raised, it’s human to want whatever you do. Or wanting to choose, so the feeling of not being chosen is definitely a nervous thought for me.’

Liam, who is currently studying for his Masters in Strength and Conditioning, has revealed that he wears his heart on his sleeve.

‘They would probably say quite generous, quite caring, happy, talkative, flirtatious,’ he insisted. ‘I wear my heart on my sleeve, I can’t hide how I feel about someone. I am probably too emotional to even think about it.

When it comes to their flirting strategy, ‘Give them a compliment!’ he shared. ‘What girls love about is that I’m just not like “You’re mint.” I’m like, “Your eyes are stinging, I’m lost in your eyes.”

‘Or I’ll say something like, “You have nice feet” or something.’

Let’s hope that works…

Love Island premieres Monday, June 6 at 9 p.m. on ITV2.
