Katherine Ryan accused a coworker of being a sexual predator while working on a popular television show.

Speaking on his new Prime Video series Backstage with Katherine Ryan, the comedian told Sarah Pascoe that she made the accusation in front of her coworkers because she didn’t know what else to do.

She also shared that Sara knows the alleged attacker as well.

‘I picked it up,’ Katherine told him. ‘I called him a hunter in his face and in front of everyone every day.’

‘What should I do? It’s such a dirty talk because I don’t have proof,’ she continued.

‘What, should I not feed my children because of someone else?’

Sarah also admitted that she reported a male celebrity on a TV network when she received a call from a viewer who claimed that she had been raped by him.

‘Have you ever done something and then someone approached you and said, “This is my rapist”? He asked.

‘I recently had a job where I had to go to Chanel, and that’s the whole point because you feel a sense of responsibility but you also want it to be dealt with well… it’s too complicated.’

During her career, Katherine has starred in a number of well-known shows including Have I Got News for You, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, 8 Cats Out of 10, Mock the Week and League of Their Own.

In her new series Backstage with Katherine Ryan, Katherine takes viewers behind the scenes in stand-up shows, giving a charming look at comedians including Jimmy Carr, Sean Walsh, Sue Perkins and Rosie Jones both on and off stage goes.

While some comedians may be more inclined to take jokes as risky or offensive, others may prefer to hold back, with Katherine revealing that she is in the latter category when it comes to jibes that capture people’s feelings. can hurt.

She said, “I like to push the envelope and I like to challenge people and I like to be fast, but I never want to hurt anyone’s feelings.”

The Duchess star said she “doesn’t worry about being canceled at all” as she “has no control over that”.

‘If I got canceled for something I would have said it already. But I don’t want to hurt people’s sentiments, I make a concerted effort not to hurt people’s sentiments, just for the sake of my moral compass, not for fear of a reaction. I don’t care,’ she continued.
