SPIRIT sensation Usain Bolt has been named Laureus World Sportsman of the Year for the second year running.
The Jamaican, left, won the 100 and 200 metres at the World Championships, breaking his own world records in both.
Formula One world champion Jenson Button won the Laureus Breakthrough of the Year Award with Serena Williams named World Sportswoman of the Year at the ceremony in Abu Dhabi.
Since we have no track & field championship this year I guess Bolt's chance are slim for the award until at the 2011 world championship and 2012 Olympic but we never know.
