Do you think Jamaica is an Island prison? Only those with visa can get out

Do you think Jamaica is an Island prison? Only those with visa can get out, I ask this question in previous post and it still pondering on my mind. Why can't the average Jamaican just get up in the morning and make a reservation to anywhere in the world? Any resident from UK, US and CA just to name a few can do so but many Jamaican can not.
Your chance of getting a visa these days is similar to winning the lottery, If you want to increase your chance you would have to own land, house, cars and or have a good job while in the US, UK and CA, you only need a passport and cash to travel the world.

These countries can come to the Island and enjoy the beauty and resource but if you want to visit their country then you will find yourself balancing an egg on your nose while explaining to an embassy officer why you need to travel. If you should find yourself with a visa don't feel you won the game because they can take it back without reason.

An Island with invisible wall to keep in the poor I would call it...Below is news coming out of Jamaica regards business man who traveling with his family only to found out at the airport that his visa had been revoked.

Chen visa woes continue
The chairman of the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) Wayne Chen is still awaiting word from the United States Embassy in Kingston on his application to have his non-immigrant visa restored.

Almost two weeks ago, while he was about to board a flight to the US with his family, Mr Chen was informed that his visa had been revoked.

No reason was given.

Mr Chen says on Friday he had discussions with a senior officer at the US Embassy and was told that the application is being processed.

However, he said no timeline was given as to when a decision will be made on whether it would be granted.

Following the cancellation of Mr Chen’s visa on February 24, there was a flurry of diplomatic activities involving Prime Minister, Bruce Golding, Foreign Minister, Dr Kenneth Baugh and Isaiah Parnell, the highest-ranking US diplomat in Jamaica.

There was also speculation that the cancellation was an attempt by the US to pressure the Jamaican government to extradite West Kingston strongman, Christopher "Dudus" Coke, who is wanted in the US on drugs and gun charges.

However, The Prime Minister told Parliament last week that there was no link between the two issues.
