In Central Village, St Catherine, Roderick 'Marvin' Frazer was killed by gunmen.

Police said about 5:30 p.m., Frazer was standing on a bridge in the community when he was attacked by a group of armed men who opened fire, hitting him several times. He died on the spot while the gunmen fled the scene on foot.

Also in St Catherine, eight months pregnant Natalie 'Cathy' Thompson, 26, was shot dead at her home in Old Harbour.
